Traffic:                         25,000 cars per day
Lot Size:                      25,000 SF – 40,000 SF
Building Size:             2,000 SF – 3,000 SF
Seating:                      53 – 99
Signage:                     Maximum allowed by city code

Preferred Sites:

• Corners

• Shopping center out parcels

• Highway locations; drive-thru window allowed

• High visibility with good access: Access to traffic signal preferred

• Free standing, inline/end cap or c-store with drive-thru

• Ground up or conversion of existing restaurant
